Qualifications

- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and fault tolerance
- Strong background in machine learning integration with quantum systems
- Experience managing research budgets and stakeholder communications
