Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development and optimization for commercial applications

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants and partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in quantum research with proven commercialization track record
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and error correction
- Demonstrated success securing federal or corporate research funding
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+ members
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and qubit technologies
