Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical business applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Secure and manage $5M+ research budgets with federal and private partners
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and establish industry-academic partnerships
- Present findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing government SBIR/STTR grants or VC funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
