Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems and error correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
