Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research in error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Experience with superconducting qubits or ion traps
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
