Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Publish research in Nature Quantum and top-tier IEEE journals
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
- Experience with IBM Quantum Experience and Google Quantum AI platforms
- Track record of securing research funding from federal agencies
