Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms and quantum information theory
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing models using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
