Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through innovative grant proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals (≥3 first-author papers)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
