Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on our proprietary quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for complex optimization problems
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at major quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new quantum research methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum error correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals/conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
