Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype next-gen quantum processors

- Mentor junior researchers and supervise PhD interns

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Quil
