Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants annually
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing topics
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or photonic quantum processors
- Strong track record of securing federal research grants
- US citizenship required for government contract work
