Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experiments with 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent quantum IP
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
