- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum innovations
- Develop quantum software frameworks accessible to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum simulation tools
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware platforms
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
