Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives targeting breakthroughs in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum software compatible with next-gen quantum processors
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Develop quantum computing frameworks and tools for commercial and academic partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience

- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) or major conferences
