Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity analysis
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to interdisciplinary teams
