Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and machine learning
- Lead experimental quantum hardware testing and optimization at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum research into commercial products

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, or Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research in quantum information science
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced research environments
