Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era AI optimization
- Lead experimental validation using 128+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and technical whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in NISQ-era quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing concepts
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability theory
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
