Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in materials science and cryptography
- Lead experimental validation of quantum coherence protocols on our 100+ qubit processors
- Develop error correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation by 2026
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize quantum gate architectures
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams on quantum principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
