Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing research with hardware experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
