Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography solutions for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on quantum machine learning
- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE Transactions
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (IBM Rigetti)
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into functional prototypes
- Security clearance eligibility (for government projects)
