Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with major quantum computing platforms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Strong problem-solving skills for interdisciplinary challenges
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and calibration protocols
