Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with superconducting qubits

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure and manage $5M+ in quantum research grants
- Mentor cross-functional teams of physicists and computer scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
