Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing prototypes on our 1000-qubit testbed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for next-gen enterprise systems
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through weekly quantum computing hackathons
- Secure research grants and patents in emerging quantum technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction in top-tier journals
