Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop quantum error correction codes to achieve fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum processors into neural network architectures
- Author peer-reviewed research and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Secure patents for quantum computing methodologies and system designs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
