Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-impact physics journals
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives
