Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography, machine learning, and molecular modeling
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects to commercialize quantum computing applications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., QuTiP, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research papers
