Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-corrected qubit systems

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-performance computing domains
- Expertise in complex mathematical modeling and algorithm development
