- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography

- Secure and manage research grants from government and private entities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience securing research funding through competitive proposals
