Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop advanced quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and scalability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and test quantum processor architectures
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives combining quantum computing with AI and materials science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction in top-tier journals
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
