Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum software solutions
- Advise C-suite on quantum computing roadmap integration with classical systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
