Responsibilities

- Develop novel quantum error correction codes achieving 10⁻⁹ fidelity targets
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing curricula for academic partnerships
- Represent Nexus Labs at global quantum technology forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction (arXiv/IEEE journals)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Expertise in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning architectures
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and quantum control electronics
