Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for error correction and fault tolerance
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for 2026 commercialization
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or gate-based systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Proven track record of translating theory to experimental results
