Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography

- Secure $1M+ in NSF/DoD grant funding
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum error correction
- Develop roadmaps for fault-tolerant quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published papers in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering
- Proven ability to secure government research grants
- Experience mentoring quantum research teams
