Responsibilities

- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Quantum or IEEE journals
- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 5 papers)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Proven experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
