Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead experimental validation using 256-qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants by Q1 2025
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2019-2023)
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq with 50+ GitHub repositories
- Published work in top-tier quantum journals (impact factor >15)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation systems
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction thresholds
