- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and theoretical physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction techniques
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing optimization
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
