Responsibilities

- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure using superconducting qubits
- Implement quantum-safe encryption protocols for next-gen data security
- Optimize cloud-native quantum workflows on AWS Braket/Azure Quantum
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Create quantum error correction frameworks for commercial viability
- Architect neuromorphic computing interfaces for human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conferences
- Experience leading technical teams in agile environments
