Responsibilities
- Design quantum-hybrid cloud architectures supporting 10M+ qubit operations
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC clusters
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-encrypted data transmission
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic quantum control systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum-to-classical API interoperability
- Drive adoption of quantum machine learning frameworks in production environments
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience architecting enterprise-grade hybrid quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum hardware or algorithms (IEEE Nature)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (QKD, QKD-NIST)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
