Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
