Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols targeting 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Optimize quantum hardware performance through cryogenic engineering innovations
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Architect scalable quantum networks with sub-millisecond latency
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or superconducting systems
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq) and error mitigation
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant pathways
- Certification in quantum security architectures (e.g., IQM Quantum Architect)
