Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum-classical integration frameworks for hybrid computing workflows
- Implement quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerance thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum system prototyping and validation
- Architect cryogenic control systems with sub-10mK thermal stability
- Define quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure
- Research and integrate emerging technologies like photonic quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS + 8 years experience accepted)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
