Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Optimize cryogenic control systems for quantum coherence times
- Create quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design or quantum annealing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., QKD protocols)
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
