Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantum-enhanced user research using neural decoding technologies
- Analyze subconscious behavioral patterns to predict user needs and pain points
- Develop quantum UX frameworks for next-gen interfaces (AR/VR/neural implants)
- Lead cross-functional teams of neuroscientists, engineers, and designers
- Create predictive user models using quantum computing algorithms
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and product development teams
- Establish industry standards for quantum UX research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of UX research experience with neural interface technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing principles applied to user behavior analysis
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier HCI journals (CHI, UIST)
- Proficiency in neural decoding tools (EEG, fNIRS, eye-tracking)
- Experience with quantum UX methodologies and predictive modeling
- Strong background in ethical AI and neuro-privacy frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative approaches to subconscious research
