Responsibilities
- Design biometric-driven UX experiments using fNIRS and EEG integration
- Develop predictive cognitive models for adaptive interfaces
- Lead cross-functional neuro-prototyping sprints with AI and AR teams
- Document subconscious interaction patterns for 2026 compliance frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite using immersive VR visualization tools
- Mentor junior researchers in neuro-UX methodologies
- Collaborate with ethicists to ensure ethical AI-human symbiosis
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX research with neural interface or biometric experience
- Advanced degree in Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related field
- Proficiency in Python for neurodata analysis (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published work on predictive user behavior modeling
- Experience with AR/VR prototyping (Unity/Unreal)
- Knowledge of 2026 AI ethics certification standards
- Portfolio demonstrating subconscious UX solutions
