Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Document patient assessments and care outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
