Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency, medical-surgical, or ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
