Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Document patient information precisely in electronic health records
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
