Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU, ER, and specialty units with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals using advanced telemetry systems and document in EMR
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Lead emergency response codes and rapid assessment situations
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN or higher degree from accredited program
- 2+ years acute care experience in telemetry/ICU setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR and critical care monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license for mobile unit rotations
