Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and JCAHO compliance standards
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- ACLS/BLS certifications with current credentials
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
