Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in cardiac telemetry monitoring unit
- Administer medications and perform specialized cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for treatment planning
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health management
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care cardiac experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
